iForum.ua

In addition to the presentation halls at iForum, there is a large area for the exhibition area. In 2019, it housed more than 163 company stands.
This year, companies can choose a free space for placement on a single scheme and immediately send us a request with the booth number for booking.
Stands are indicated by rectangles with numbers, each rectangle is 3×2 m. Accordingly, a standard stand is one number.

You can choose one of the options, depending on how much space you need for the presentation of the company, as well as decide whether it should be an equipped area or just an empty place where you can place your design.

Places in the City of the Future are not included in it; you can learn more about this part of our exhibition here.

Free stands are marked in green with a number. You can select one or more places. The number of the stand (s) and the name of the company must be sent to us using the application form (see below).

If you are interested in additional advertising opportunities – hall sponsorship, thematic partnership, then you can send us an application for sponsorship packages using the form.

If you do not have the opportunity to distribute your advertising leaflets at the event, neither you had time to add your handouts to the participant’s bag, you still have a chance to promote your company to our audience. You can place your printed advertising at our reception desks (we have two of them) so that iForum participants can take it by themselves.

It will only work for your company if you offer something really useful or catchy, something more than just a story about your business.
