Maksym is one of the founders of the Blackshield Capital group, where he began his work in 2015 as an investment director. He manages the shares, bonds of large private clients, funds, and the American hedge fund Blackshield Exponential Technology.

Koretskyi began his career at the London office of Barclays Investment Bank. Before the founding of the company Blackshield, he worked as an associate partner of the IC “Third Rome”, as well as a partner of Platinum Capital. Worked, respectively, in London, Singapore, Moscow, Zurich.

While working at Barclays, he continued his education at the London Business School, Investment Management, later at Stanford and Yale University.
